There will be some Spanish language content added over the next few days… mostly recipes that I am bringing over from my Key Ingredient cookbook… Don´t panic… 1) I will provide English translations for this good old home cooking and 2) I am in the process of ML´ing this site and it will get moved to in-progress .es version of this site.
